Report a problem

Found a bug, a broken plan, or something that looks off? Email support@getpal.xyzwith a short description and, if you can, a screenshot and the device + iOS version you’re on. That’s usually enough for us to track it down quickly.

Report abuse or safety concerns

If another user is harassing you, posting harmful content, or behaving unsafely, email support@getpal.xyz with the username and any context. We review safety reports first and act within 24 hours. You can also block any user directly from their profile in the app.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing support@getpal.xyz from the address on your account. Deletion is permanent and processed within 48 hours.

Common questions

  • How do I post a plan?

    Tap the post button in the app, write what you’re doing, set a location, and publish. Plans show up on the map for people nearby.

  • Why can’t I see plans nearby?

    Pal needs your approximate location to show what’s around you. Make sure location access is enabled in iOS Settings → Pal. The app still works without it — you just won’t see a nearby map.

  • How long do plans last?

    Plans auto-delete 24 hours after their start time. There’s no permanent feed — everything is meant for now or soon.

  • I forgot my password.

    Go to getpal.xyz/forgot, enter your email, and we’ll send a reset link.

  • Can I use Pal without making an account?

    You can browse the public web map at getpal.xyz/events without signing in, but you need an account to post or join plans.
