By creating an account or using Pal you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

You must be at least 17 years old to use Pal. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

You’re responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Use the app to organize activities that violate local laws
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Pal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it inside the app to other users. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Pal is a platform for discovering social plans. We don’t organize, endorse, or supervise any event. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Pal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
